He specializes in sales prospecting, consultative selling, account management, sales productivity, and sales coaching.

He founded Career Clinic to work with busy parents to identify most enjoyable careers for their child-in-teens. His mission is to create success and happiness for thousands of children when they join work.

He delivers services live, virtual, or online. He enjoys speaking and moderating sessions on sales, careers, and productivity.

Koushik had been a business leader with experience in managing organizations,driving sales, leading businesses, and launching start-ups in IT, Tech Services, and Executive Development. He's gratified to have worked in 7 roles over two decades with one brand. Since most of his projects were in start-up mode, he gained a significant aptitude for thinking and building end-to-end businesses.
